Legacy have been good. The apartments are spacious enough for a bunch of things and quite nice with amenities. So far, there have been only a few problems like the flooding after some use but the team was able to resolve the issue really quick.

Diane was so very helpful, the unit was move in ready, and all my questions were answered promptly. The Legacy Livermore is a beautiful community, excited to enjoy its amenities and meet my fellow residents.

Was a smooth and easy transition to move in. Everyone was very helpful and understanding. I felt like I was helped along the way as well which is nice as a new renter.

Have have just moved in roughly 5 days ago. Tons of boxes and bags to sort through. This is definitely new construction and has a very modern feel as if you are in a hotel. So far so good.

Quiet, clean, great surrounding area. Excited to live here and start a new chapter. From the gym to the rooftop pool and relax or community areas and back to the apartments yourself. Feels fresh, looks great and happy to call legacy home.

Clean. Good landscaping and general upkeep. Staff have been helpful during the move-in process. Amenities like the pool are well maintained. The one thing I will point out is that cell reception is very poor due to the concrete parking structure in the center of the building, so be prepared to go onto the balcony to make calls.

I really love the location of legacy. I love my apartment. And I feel safe. The staff is so friendly. The neighbors are friendly. Not much to complain about.

This is the epitome of luxury. The architecture of the apartment is superb. The cleanliness is amazing. The security and peace of mind is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced in an apartment complex. The staff is always willing to help and they are very kind. I am extremely grateful to be living in such a spectacular place.

Love that I can walk to everything I need. The secure parking, pool and fitness center are fantastic. All the finishes in the apartment are nice.
